Warranty Policy

At SuperTechSmart, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our warranty terms carefully before purchasing:

* All Sales Are Final – No refunds. All purchases of e-bikes are final.

* Device Exchange – If your e-bike is defective, you can request a replacement within 5 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be issued.

* Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping. We’ll cover the cost to send the replacement.

* Eligibility – Returned products must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Devices showing signs of misuse, tampering, or physical damage are not eligible for exchange.
